No Regret Purchase Policy:

All purchases are final. We do not accommodate returns or exchanges for “regret purchases.” Please ensure you fully understand the product descriptions before placing an order.


Energy Products & Usage:

Once energy products have been used, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold due to their personal nature and energetic qualities.


Product Responsibility:

Tarot Tanishk guarantees delivery of products in good condition. If your product arrives damaged or with missing items, we will only address the issue if a full unboxing video is provided.


Unboxing Video Requirement:

To qualify for a replacement due to damage or missing items, customers must record a complete unboxing video, showing the outer packaging and the product in its original condition before opening.


Tampered or Open Parcels:

Do not accept any parcels that appear tampered with, opened, or damaged. Accepting such a parcel voids any claims for missing or damaged products, even if you provide an unboxing video.


Claims and Support:

Tarot Tanishk  does not guarantee specific outcomes from our products, as their effectiveness depends on the user’s effort, intention, and energy.
Replacement for Damaged/Missing Products:
We will replace any damaged or missing items, provided a complete unboxing video is submitted as evidence.


Delivery Timelines & Rejection Claims:

We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Parcel rejection due to delays will not be entertained. In cases where express delivery charges are paid and the delivery is delayed, we will refund the express delivery fee, unless the delay is due to natural disasters, weather conditions, insurgencies, or political situations.
